Care Home Manager - Sutton in Ashfield - 35-40K Our client is a leading healthcare organisation that provide care and support for older people through a national network of residential care homes, sheltered housing and community services. Their nursing home is situated in the North Nottinghamshire area and benefits from close links with the local community and support groups. We require a highly motivated, dynamic individual to join our forward thinking team. Ideally, you will have experience of managing people at a senior level, an ability to form positive relationships with people and a sound understanding of the role that spiritual, emotional and physical health play in the well being of a person. Above all, you will have a passionate desire to enhance the quality of life for older people. The role is full time, 37.5 hours per week, a per annum performance related bonus, company pension scheme, annual leave entitlement, sickness benefit and several incentives which are unique to the organisation.
